The Los Angeles Music Festival® envisioned by the founder is a vehicle to promote and help sustain Los Angeles performing arts organizations, artists, venues and stakeholder communities. As the music plays, communication efforts were focused on amplifying messages from and for artists, The Music Center, Grand Park, LA County Arts & Culture and Parks & Recreation Departments, LA Master Chorale, LA Opera, LA Plaza de Cultura y Artes, the Sphinx Organization, Turnaround Arts CA, Arts for LA, LA Times reporters, Santa Fe Opera and other people and organizations working in support of the arts and the public interest generally.

The idea was that through sponsorship and philanthropic support, the promotion could be sustained and enhanced. And as sponsoring organizations leveraged increased advertising reach, frequency and engagement, festival incubation could take place. A purposeful Los Angeles Music Festival® can be created with a home on the Music Center campus, Grand Park, Grand LA and/or along Grand Avenue. Or in a stadium, arena and/or a mix of other Los Angeles music venues.

Music festival brands are sustained in part through association with the character and history of the location, by and through human interest origin stories and collective purpose.
